Pick a likely spot for a hurdle, then hold down your Alt key – or Opt if you’re using a Mac – and left click on it to set that as your focus.
Select the hurdle style you want – I’m using a Lattice to start out but you can pick any that appeals to you, then click the Rez button and poof!
Now I could adjust the hurdle but since this is just a sample course I’ll click the Save button. This sends the final settings to the hurdle, instructs the setup script to save the settings and delete itself.
Delete the setup script that is, the hurdle will remain unless you manually delete it. The Delete button on the HUD won’t do anything now because clicking Save removed the setup script which cuts the hurdle off from the HUD.
Now on to our next hurdle.
